Supply chains and design

At Combicar, the design of the supply chain for the extrusion of the plastic profile is an in-depth process that uses highly qualified professionals and the most modern CAD (Computer Aided Design) software.

Over the course of 40 years of activity, our equipment construction department has designed and produced over 500 steel dies, capable of creating profiles with very tight tolerances. We use technologically advanced machinery such as the FANUC electroerosion machine, the wire erosion machine and work centers managed with CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software.

Our design services also include the definition of packaging specifications for each profile and the study of the most suitable customization to accompany it in the relevant sales channels.

Production of Dies for the Extrusion of Profiles

Our profile extrusion die production process begins with the development of a customized project using CAM software, based on the customer's drawing. Subsequently, we carry out various processes such as cutting the steel block, flattening the surfaces, drilling and threading, wire EDM and numerical control milling.

Finally, we create the supply chain for the production of the profile.
